In 2019, we invested in a new plasma cutting center, which, together with skilled professionals and advanced programming, can deliver from the smallest detail to the largest projects in the oil & gas and mechanical industries.

With our "state of art" torch center from Messer, we have opportunities for advanced sheet metal processing. The table is a Messer MetalMaster 2.0 with a working area of 2000x6000mm. With advanced servo motors, it navigates quickly and efficiently through even the thickest materials.

If you as a customer want first-class cut surfaces for lower reworking costs, we can use the Hypertherm XPR 300 plasma source with VWI gas console to perform this at the agreed time.

Hypertherm XPR 300 VWI is a high-performance plasma, for CNC controlled precision cutting. For further focus on quality and HSE, we have chosen VWI gas console and filter package from recognized Kemper. This enables us to cut aluminum and stainless steel materials without compromising on quality, health, environment and safety.

Unless otherwise stated, we produce according to Quality class. ISO 9013 area 4, tolerance class 2.
